ABOUT THE INSPECTION:

FIRESIDE performs all Inspections in accordance with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR) Standards of Professional Practice for Home Inspectors. The Inspection itself will typically take 2-3 hours depending on many factors.  Upon completion of your Inspection, you will receive a comprehensive written report, complete with photos, within 4-6 hours via email.  We would ask that you review the report, and contact us with any questions.  Feel free to contact us as often as necessary.  We'll be here for you.

GETTING STARTED:
You can contact FIRESIDE directly @ 480-748-8754. We'll answer any questions you may have.  Should you decide you're ready to schedule, we ask that you read and sign the Inspection Agreement (hyperlink below) and return it. We'll make the necessary arrangements with all involved parties.  We look forward to working with you.

RESALE HOMES:

BUYERS - For most people, their home represents the largest single investment they'll ever make. The relatively modest cost of an Inspection is more than offset with being informed about the overall condition of the residence under consideration, and can often result in substantial savings.

SELLERS - Being aware of what likely will be observed during a Buyer Inspection can save you time, money and frustration. A pre-listing Seller Inspection allows you to make decisions regarding which items to address yourself, and to establish an informed position to respond to those issues you choose not to.
NEW HOME & WARRANTY:

NEW HOME - Having a pre-walk-through Inspection can prepare you with valuable information. Fireside can assist you in identifying Workmanship Standard deviations to be corrected.

WARRANTY - If a new home Inspection was not performed, remember that no builder is perfect all the time. It is, however, up to you to assert your rights, typically within one year.
